Listed below are both virtual and live seminars & workshops. The virtual or e-workshops will be conducted using virtual conferencing technology, probably Skype. We're still in the planning phase.

Many of the group sessions will involve guided imagery, meditation, and hypnosis. If you're new to meditation or hypnosis, please take the Deep Trance Training workshop first. And click this link to hear Melodie's voice.

We're currently checking out locations in Littleton, CO for our RL (real ife) workshops. Once we find something suitable for small groups (8+), the details and schedules will be listed here as well.

WEEKLY      Weight  Management  Group

A new session every week using hypnotherapy and NLP guided imagery techniques to help YOU be the YOU you want to be!We'll hit everything from emotional eating, to increasing activity levels, to control issues. Moderation is what is emphasized, not compulsive eating or working out or not eating. Moderate food choices. Moderate work outs. And making the healthy choices you need to enjoy life. No sign-up fee, no automatic renewals, no minimum or maximum session requirements. Pay-as-you-go and come when you want, once a week, every-other-week, once every three weeks, or once a month. A new session every week using hypnotherapy, guided imager, and meditation techniques to help RELAX. This workshop will teach you several self-hypnosis techniques you can use to help decrease your stress levels and help you relax into sleep. Drop-in's are welcome. Sessions run about 1 hour. New to hypnosis? This is the FIRST experiential workshop you should take because it will help you become familar with the process and comfortable enough to go deeper and deeper. LIke everything else, the trance state becomes easier the more you do it, and you'll also go deeper. Faster, easier and deeper every time. You experience the trance state and go in and out several times. Repeat this workship as many times as you like until you going as fast and deep as easily as you want! BI-MONTHLY      Hypnosis:   Breaking  Repeating  Relationship  Patterns

Romantic, parent-child, peer-to-peer. Relationships come in many forms, and they are Learned behavior. Learning about relationships and imitating relationships, consciously and subconsciously, starts from the time we're very, very young. We repeat the relationship patterns that we're taught, however they are taught to us, whether that is through example or experience. The way we were treated, the way we treat others, and the way we responded to various situations all help determine our own actions and reactions in relationships.

When you realize that you're repeating the same old relationship patterns again and again and are uncomfortable with it, then it's time to do somehting about it. That's what this experiential workship does. It helps you recognize the patterns you keep repeating, and we move around some subconscious items causing patterns.
